Kid Connections Therapy offers a
fully-supported Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience
Program Approach: CF-SLP
- A gradual onboarding process to allow you to build comfort and confidence before taking on a full caseload
- On-site CF supervision with weekly 1:1 meetings to provide individualized support to help you grow in all areas of your practice
- Regular meetings with additional leadership team members
- Working in a collaborative team of speech-language pathologists with a variety of specialty areas and levels of experience
- Support with completing state licensure and ASHA paperwork
- Access to an extensive library of materials, a fully-stocked toy closet, and online resources
We offer a Clinical Fellowship experience that provides a level of support above and beyond the requirements of the state licensure board and ASHA
PROGRAM SPECIFICS
- Position Type: Full time
- Pay: $60-64.5K per year
- For this position, the therapist would support clients at the Odenton location.
- A full time position is 25-30 billable hours. The remaining time is available for documentation, collaboration, and problem solving with the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess speech/language skills, write comprehensive assessment reports, and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide functional, effective, and evidence-based therapy
- Educate clients/caregivers regarding the best strategies for carryover outside the therapy environment.
- Support community outreach programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Provisional Maryland State License (MD DHMH) to be obtained before start of employment
