We are looking for passionate, dynamic speech-language pathologists (CCC or CFY) who are interested in working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Our Onboarding Process
We provide a comprehensive onboarding experience with continued support for all therapists no matter their level of experience in the field. During onboarding, you can expect:
- The first week focused on learning our processes and systems, meeting with team members, with time available to review patient files.
- The first 60 days with a gradual build of your caseload to full time expectations.
- Continual support and availability of the Leadership Team to ensure your success in your role.
Our Clinical Fellowship (CF) Experience
We offer a Clinical Fellowship experience that provides a level of support above and beyond the requirements of the state licensure board and ASHA. During your CFY, you can expect:
- A gradual onboarding process to allow you to build comfort and confidence before taking on a full caseload
- On-site CF supervision with weekly 1:1 meetings to provide individualized support to help you grow in all areas of your practice
- Regular meetings with additional leadership team members
- Working in a collaborative team of speech-language pathologists with a variety of specialty areas and levels of experience
- Support with completing state licensure and ASHA paperwork
- Access to an extensive library of materials, a fully-stocked toy closet, and online resources
Our Hiring
Process
Your hiring process starts with an initial phone interview with either the Office Manager (for administrative positions or a Clinical Co-Director (for therapy positions). Eligible candidates will then be invited to an in-person interview with members of the Kid Connections Therapy team.
